Experimental requirements:

1)      The sample (surface) is a conductive solid, and the sample can be in the form of block or powder.

2)      Non conductive samples should be coated to form a conductive film on the surface of the material.

3)      Samples containing moisture or other volatile substances should be dried first.

4)      The magnetic sample should be demagnetized in advance to avoid the influence of magnetic field on the electron beam during observation.
