Field Of Research

Research interest: exploring programmed and adaptive materials with emergency

Currently, Prof. Chen's group research focuses on two directions:

Programmed nano-bio interface: to develop integrated nanostructure-biomaterial hybrid systems for monitoring, manipulating, and mimicking biological processes at the nanoscale.

Bio-inspired materials for energy conversion: to explore bio-inspired nanoscale modules for light harvesting, charge separation, solar energy conversion, and storage.
